What days are dinners available for delivery/pick up?

Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

How do I place my order?

To create a truly contactless transaction as well as ensure our customers’ purchase security, we are taking orders exclusively through our online shop.

How far in advance can I place an order?

Orders can be placed as soon as the menu is posted to our online shop. They will be available as early as Monday for the upcoming weekend.

How often does the menu change?

The menu changes weekly. The new menu will be posted every Monday on our Instagram page (@stofarestaurant) as well as in the ‘about’ section on our website at www.stofarestaurant.com. Check back regularly to see what’s new!

How is the food prepared and packaged?

Meals are prepared at the restaurant and are packaged in large family-style sharing portions. Many of the hot items will come cooled and require reheating. Instructions for reheating will be included if needed.

Can you accommodate allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requests?

Due to the limited nature of our operation right now, we are unable to accommodate any allergies or special requests. We have streamlined our operations and staff to ensure your order is prepared and packaged with the utmost care. What is the delivery area?

We are excited to offer delivery through a local service called Love Local Delivery. A small $5 fee is applied at checkout.  We are able to offer delivery to the following postal codes starting with K1A / K1Y / K1P / K1Z / K1R / K2P / K2E / K1S / K2A / K2C. Deliveries are done between 4:15 pm - 6:15 pm. Unfortunately, specific times are not available to choose. Delivery drivers use gloves to ring your doorbells and will leave packages at the doorstep or elsewhere upon request. 

How do we pick up curbside?

We are pleased to offer curbside pick up at Stofa Restaurant. Pick up times are between the hours of 4:00PM and 5:45PM. You will be able to pick a time window when checking out. Please call 613-722-6555 to let us know you are outside. A member of our team will bring out your order to our pick up station where you can grab it. We are located at 1356 Wellington Street West. 

Can we order alcohol?

Yes! We are offering a small selection of wine, beer, and cocktails at this time. The AGCO requires that all alcohol purchases through delivery/pick up must be purchased with food. Please check our beverage offerings as they may change.

I have an inquiry regarding my order. How can I contact the restaurant?

You can contact the restaurant by email at info@stofarestaurant.com. We are not keeping regular business hours, so our phone lines are not being monitored consistently.

Do you accept Stofa Giftcards as payment?

No. We will be accepting gift cards when we return to regular service.

If I would like to leave a tip, where can I do so?

Due to customer requests, we have added a $5 and $10 tip option as an item to add to your cart. We do not expect any tips, however we thank you for your continued support.
